Terms of Service

Effective date: April 8, 2026

Terms version: 2026-04-08

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the comstein website, marketplace, dashboards, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Beta Service

comstein is currently offered as an early-stage beta on an as-available basis. It is free during this beta period. We may introduce paid plans or paid features later with advance notice and, where required, your agreement before charges apply. The service may contain bugs, incomplete features, or interruptions. You are responsible for reviewing whether the service is suitable for your own business, commercial, and operational needs.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You may only use comstein if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens through your account.

4. Marketplace Use

comstein provides infrastructure for founders, partners, and agents to discover opportunities, manage applications, and coordinate promotion activity. We may review, moderate, suspend, or remove accounts, offers, content, or activity that create legal, security, abuse, or platform integrity risks.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use comstein to break the law, infringe third-party rights, misrepresent yourself, scrape or attack the platform, upload malicious content, interfere with other users, or promote deceptive, abusive, or unlawful offers.

6. Third-Party Services and Content

Offers, checkout flows, external websites, payment services, and other third-party content may be provided by founders, partners, payment providers, or other external services. comstein does not control all third-party behavior and does not guarantee the legality, performance, availability, or quality of third-party products or services.

7. Pricing and Future Paid Features

The service is currently offered free of charge during its beta stage. We may introduce paid plans, paid features, or transaction-related fees in the future. Before charges apply to you, we will provide advance notice and, where required by law, ask for your explicit agreement. If you do not agree to a future paid offering, you may stop using the paid feature or close your account before charges apply.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, especially during beta. We may also suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, or address misuse.

9. Intellectual Property and Feedback

The comstein service, branding, and platform materials remain the property of comstein or its licensors. You retain rights in the content you submit, but you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, process, and operate the service. Feedback may be used to improve the platform without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, comstein is provided on an as-available and as-is basis, without any promise that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a specific purpose. We do not guarantee any commercial result, lead volume, conversion outcome, or revenue impact. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury where applicable under mandatory law.

11. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Current privacy policy version: 2026-04-08.
