Public page: Live
The public listing is published. This does not mean Stripe is connected or new partners can apply. Normal saved edits preserve publication unless you explicitly change it.
Agent promotion setup: Ready
The saved pitch, audience, promotion channels, and other required promotion details are present. This says nothing about whether a payment has been made or a partner has been paid.
Payments: Ready or Pending
For real customer checkout, verify your account capabilities and live mode in Stripe, choose an active price, and complete the listing’s payment and commission setup. Follow the Stripe guide for pending requirements. Live listings with payment blockers still count as Needs attention.
Applications: your saved On or Off choice
Off means you have chosen not to accept new applications. This alone is not an error. On preserves your saved preference, but agents can apply only while the listing also meets its setup requirements. If setup is blocked, the dashboard explains “Applications On · setup pending.” Fixing a blocker does not silently change your saved choice.
To change it, open the listing menu and use the Applications switch. Opening applications requires ready setup. Closing remains available. Refresh the page to confirm the saved value.
If dashboard and editor appear different
- Check the editor’s save state. Save unsaved edits or resolve Save failed.
- Refresh payment status if Stripe was changed.
- Refresh the listing and the dashboard.
- If a saved value still differs, contact support with the listing link and both displayed states. Do not rewrite a saved pitch just to remove a payment warning.
